Israel is going through extreme changes in recent years with her ability to manufacture high quality red Israeli wine. The hot weather combined with areas where the temperatures drop during the night, like in Golan Heights, the Galilee, and more create optimal conditions to the increase of grape growth. The world is finding Israeli wine to be of fine quality and local wineries receive an exposure in the world press by famous wine critics.
